LAMB

Our lamb is 100% grass-fed and quite simply the best available anywhere.

We require a $75 deposit to reserve a lamb.  Half and whole lambs are available.  All standard cuts and ground lamb are included.

half lamb: $150, approximately 12 pounds of meat

whole lamb: $250, approx. 22 and 25 pounds

cuts include:

  • loin – rack or individual chops
  • leg – butterfly or bone-in
  • shoulder – roast, chops, ground or stew
  • shank – whole or ground
  • neck – roast or ground
