CSA

Here’s some info on our 2011 CSA offering.

If you would like to buy delicious vegetables from us every week this Spring, Summer, and Fall click the link below to download our 2011 Vegetable CSA form.

What’s a CSA?

It stands for Community Supported Agriculture. This means that you, the community, support us in our early spring effort to get things rolling on the farm by paying for a “share” of the farm. Your up-front payment ensures that we will be able to produce all of the wonderful food that you will receive every week starting in late May and ending on mid-October.

What do I get?

Every week you will pick a wonderful bounty of whatever we harvested. We love all the usual yummy vegetables that you do like spinach, scallions, peas, beets, chard, lettuce, radishes – and then later in the season – beans, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, garlic, basil, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, squash, zucchini, pumpkins, corn and much more. And, the best part of getting this bounty is that we are here to help you figure out what to do with it! And, we also have all the pork, chicken, lamb, beef, and eggs for sale (though not part of the vegetable CSA) All of it is raised right here at Stony Creek Farm (subject to seasonable availability of course). So please take a look at the form and get in touch however you prefer. Our info is on this site as well as on the CSA form.
